ALL-SCHOLASTICS

MERI BRANDT

MASCONOMET

The freshman earned all-Northeastern Conference / Cape Ann League All-Star honors after capturing the state title in the floor exercise, fifth in the beam and fourth in the All-Around. Brandt’s effort played a large part in Masconomet winning the North sectional and State team titles. An honors student, Brandt competes as a third-year Level 10 at Yellow Jackets Gymnastics in Middleton.

GABRIELLA BRESNICK

ANDOVER

The sophomore captured the floor, beam and All-Around at the Merrimack Valley Conference League Meet and holds the school’s record in the All-Around. An honor roll student, Brensick is a Level 10 gymnast at Reading Gymnastics Academy. A member of the track team, Bresnick was fourth in the state and seventh at the All-States in the pole vault.

AVA SCHENCK DAVIS

BURLINGTON

A Middlesex League All-Conference performer, the sophomore turned into one of the best seasons in nearly two decades. A two-time Nationals qualifier and Eastern Championship qualifier, Schenck Davis boasts an impressive 4.2 grade point average. A Level 10 gymnast at Yellow Jackets Gymnastics in Middleton, her longterm goals are to study medicine and compete in gymnastics in college

MIA GORMAN

ALGONQUIN

The Midlands-Wachusett MVP, Gorman captured the league All-Around title. Gorman placed ninth in the All-Around at the State Individuals and eighth at the New Englands. A four-time league All-Star, Gorman is a member of the National Honor Society. She plans to attend a four-year university with the goal of going to a physician assistant program

ALEXA GRAZIANO

WILMINGTON / BEDFORD

The junior captured the State Individual title in the bars as well as a second place showing on the beam at the same event. At the Middlesex League meet, Graziano was third in the vault. She is a Level 10 gymnast at Yellow Jackets Gymnastics in Middleton

SOPHIA ISBELL

READING

The junior was the Middlesex League All-Around, floor and vault champion this past season. Isbell posted the second highest All-Around score in school history and shares the school mark in the vault and beam. Isbell took a third in the All-Around at the State Individuals and fourth in the All-Around at the state team championship. A three-time All-Scholastic, Isbell is a member of the National Honor Society.

OLIVIA LANE

FRAMINGHAM

The freshman captured the All-Around title at the Bay State Conference championships. Lane was second on the bars and eighth in the vault at the State Individuals. She was the runner-up in the All-Around at the South sectionals. A Level 10 gymnast, Lane trains year-round at Elite Gymnastics Academy in Ashland.

SHEA LARKEE

NORWOOD

A Tri-Valley League All-Star, the freshman went undefeated during the regular season and captured the league’s All-Around title. A New England qualifier, Larkee placed sixth in the All-Around at the State Individuals. The honor roll student played field hockey and was team MVP. She is a Level 10 gymnast who trains at Broderick Gymnastics.

MAEVE MCILROY

MARBLEHEAD / SWAMPSCOTT

A sophomore at Marblehead, McIlroy was steady at the State Individuals, placing in the top five in all events. A two-time team MVP, McIlroy is a high honors student with a 4.38 GPA. In the offseason, McIlroy trains at Yellow Jackets Gymnastics Club.

BELLA MISIURA

MASCONOMET

The sophomore captured the State Individual All-Around title as well as winning efforts in both the vault and beam. A talented performer, Misiura posted scores of 9.5 or better 25 times during the season. Misiura took a second at the State team tournament, helping her squad capture the title. A member of the Junior National Honor Society as well as Yellow Jackets Gymnastics, Misiura has a 4,583 GPA.

MAGGIE MURPHY

WESTFORD ACADEMY

The Dual County League Gymnastic of the Year for the second straight year, the sophomore took a fifth in the All-Around at the New England Championship and also broke school records in the All-Around and the vault. A high honors student, Murphy also plays field hockey. She trains at Brestyan’s Gymnastics in Burlington.

HANNAH PENA

MEDFIELD / ASHLAND / DOVER-SHERBORN

A sophomore at Ashland, Pena emerged on the scene in her first year as a high school gymnast. She placed sixth at the State Individuals in the vault. A Level 9 club gymnast at MEGA, Pena has earned multiple honors away from the high school circuit. An honors student with a 4.08 GPA, Pena trains at Massachusetts Elite Gymnastics Academy in Millis.

EMILY PROVOST

WILMINGTON / BEDFORD

A junior at Wilmington, Provost placed second on the bars at the State Individual championship. She helped Wilmington / Bedford take a second at the North sectionals and third at the State championship. Pena is a JO Eastern National Qualifier as well as an honors student who trains at Yellow Jackets Gymnastics.

BROOKE REARDON

PLYMOUTH NORTH

The Patriot League Most Valuable Player, Reardon qualified for the New Englands in the bars, which is her specialty event. Reardon also competes in varsity dance as well as track and field. A Level 9 Gymnast who trains at Tumble Times Gymnastics in Pocasset, Reardon would like to compete in gymnastics at a Division 3 college.

KATE RUDOLPH

FRANKLIN

The Hockomock League MVP and a three-time Herald All-Scholastic, Rudolph was named to the Senior National Team. She placed in the top 10 in all events at the State championships, finishing seventh in the All-Around. A member of both the National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society, Rudolph will major in English at the University of Delaware and plans to compete in club gymnastics.

KATIE RUSSO

BRIDGEWATER-RAYNHAM / WEST BRIDGEWATER

The junior won the Cranberry League title with an average of 9.3 or higher on each event and achieved as high as a 37.4 all around score with an average of 37.125. Russo finished third at the South sectional and 12th in the States in the All-Around. An honors student with a 4.25 GPA, Russo trains at Spectrum Gymnastics.

EMILY SCHOEN

NEWTON SOUTH

A Dual County League All-Star for the second time, Schoen placed seventh in the floor at the North sectionals and 10th in the All-Around at the State Indivisuals. Schoen turned in solid efforts in the bar and beam at the DCL championships, helping the Lions win the team title. An honors student, Schoen trains at Exxcel Gymnastics.

EMMA WHITE

FRANKLIN

The senior proved she had few peers in the state this past season as she captured the Hockomock League All-Around title as well as the bars, beam and floor titles. White went on to capture the South sectional, State and New England All-Around championship. An honors student with a 3.94 GPA, White is a Level 10 at Elite Gymnastics Academy in Ashland.
